Triratna retreats
Going on retreat literally means: withdrawing. It is an opportunity to let go of the worries of everyday life: no hurry, stress or noise. It allows you to become aware of the present moment and of yourself, of others and the environment.
From this awareness it can become clear which challenges, pittfalls and superficialities control your daily life. You see what you want and don’t want with those, and with that you can return to your daily life again.
Coming from a retreat people often feel cheerful, energized, inspired.
