Relax at the Open Meditation Days (with yoga)
Give yourself a moment of silence and clarity. During our Open Meditation Days, you can come on a retreat for one or more days. Each day includes meditation instruction, yoga classes, a short introduction to Buddhist topics, and periods of silence, simple rituals, and vegetarian meals.
You can participate in your own way and at your own pace. Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time meditator, these days offer an inspiring space to slow down, catch your breath, and turn your attention inward.
In the middle of the week, Sunday, May 31, is Buddha Day (Wesak), when Buddhists around the world celebrate the awakening of the Buddha. On this day, we break the silence and celebrate. Everyone is invited.

A typical day on a retreat looks like this:
7.00 getting up
7.30 – 8.00 meditation
8.30 breakfast
10.30 -12.30 meditation (instruction) and talk on Buddhism
13.00 lunch
16.00-18.00 yoga and meditation
18.30 dinner
20.00- 21.00 yoga/meditation/mantra chanting
